The Manitoba Graduate Internship Pathway is one pathway of the Manitoba International Education Stream of the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP), a Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) operated by the province of Manitoba. The Manitoba Graduate Internship Pathway accepts applications from international graduates who have completed a Masters or PhD program in Manitoba within the last 3 years and who completed a Mitacs Elevate or Accelerate internship.
Candidates who are successfully nominated through the Manitoba Graduate Internship Pathway will be invited to submit an official application for Canadian permanent residence. Please note that graduates from Canadian post-secondary programs located outside of Manitoba are not eligible for this stream. However, they may be eligible to apply through one of the Skilled Workers in Manitoba streams.
Throughout 2018 and 2019 the province of Manitoba is implementing extensive changes to their PNP. All details and a schedule of changes are included in the MPNP Renewal section of our website. All streams will be experiencing changes, with some streams closing and new streams opening.
